if you can have it standing with the controls up in the air this will help oil get though to all parts in the valve.

In this episode, Tool Dude Tony takes an old Coleman RoadTrip grill that had seen better days and puts it back on the road. It even has sturdy straps used to secure it on windy days. I have tried it by taking the line extension under the RV made for a grill hookup and attaching my grill line to it, but the flame is so small that the grill is not usable. Cut the bolt.

Since the axle bolt retaining nut on this grill is not usually securely welded inside the tubing, it will often break off, sometimes during initial assembly. Pull off the cooking grates and barrier to get to the burners. This cover has a pretty flexible fit, so it works well with several Roadtrip and NXT grill models.
Burner will not light (with igniter or match) Low or out of propane; Cylinder or the gas supply valve is turned off; Positive connection has NOT been made between the tank and the regulator. Took old burners out using a Philips screwdriver had to remove the drip pan (removing screws around the fan retainer). |

Stop manhandling those heavy, bulky backyard beasts and show off as grillmaster with the Coleman RoadTrip Sport Propane Grill. Includes collapsible stand and rolling nylon case. bottles. Outside temperatures will affect the amount of preheat time required. Take the new ignition case (replacement kit) and plug in wires to the appropriate ports. Pushbutton igniter does not work but otherwise in good shape. On these 20lb.

and The Coleman Roadtrip grill cover does an excellent job at protecting against wind, sun, and rain. If you have independent ignition and one of the burners will not light, or you have a single igniter and none of them will light, you probably have something clogging that igniter. Make sure the propane bottle has gas first. |
